So I am definitely going through a fringe phase right now. I LOVE this BCBG clutch, the blue is spectacular and the fringe detail is right on point. It would be perfect for upcoming spring dresses and nights out in the warm weather.

The pendant comes from Bauble Bar, one of the best jewelry sites I have come across in a long time! I would love to have this in the rose gold color. Also, every Friday they are having a 'Buried Bauble' 'hunt in which one jewelry item is marked down to $10. I got the Crayola Links Necklace in pink (which already ran out!) last Friday and can't wait for it to arrive.

Weekend full of Deliveries!

This weekend was full of receiving presents in the mail! First off I must say, who doesn't love mail? I get excited when I open my box and see packages that you have been checking for every day since you ordered. This weekend I received the Jewelmint pieces as well as the Zoya nail polishes I ordered.

First I have to mention how much I love the way Jewelmint packages their items. The adorable box and bow get me every time!

 

Above are the XO rings I have been wanting for a long time! Jewelmint was also having an amazing promotion going on when I ordered. I received a free gift with purchase and these Diving Belle Earrings came, what a great surprise!

My two nail polishes from my earlier post finally came! I am so excited to wear them. Also since it is almost my birthday (13 days!) Sephora gave me an early birthday present! Here I have to rave about my love for Sephora, they take such good care of their customers! Become a Beauty Insider (and eventually become VIB status like me!) and you can get a free birthday gift too! This year I received this Fresh sugar kisses lip duo. Love!

You can find the recipe on her site. I added part of an apple for extra sweetness. I think I am going to make it for breakfast every day from now on or as a desert. It really does taste like candy (even though it has tons of spinach hidden in it!)

Hair Envy

So my new project this week will be to try these hair styles out this weekend. I will try them and upload pictures of the results!  I also am in desperate need of teaching myself to braid my hair into a fishtail (any one have easy tutorials?).

I finally found Kevin Murphy Color Bug and purchased it in pink (I will probably go and snatch up the purple as well!) and will be rocking the pink and purple ends to my hair tomorrow. I absolutely love the way Lauren Conrad wore hers (above) and I have been dying to try it out. Can't wait to share the results!

Love for Jewelmint

I have a passion for Jewelmint . These are a few of my past purchases from the line. Today I snagged myself a set of the XO rings, shown above. I have had my eye on them for a while and finally gave in.  They are adorable and dainty and I like the fact that you can wear them stacked or separately. PLUS Jewelmint was running a promotion that with a purchase today you also received a free mystery piece! Always love a great deal!

These are a few of the items I am lusting over this week. I have been dying to get my hands on a Spike the Punch necklace, they just sell out so quickly! Does any one have one? I also have been looking for a watch for quite some time now but couldn't find one that I fell in love with but this Marc Jacobs has stolen my heart! I love the two tone metal, just amazing. My birthday is in a few weeks...maybe the boyfriend will get  some hints...just saying :)

I also will be headed to Las Vegas (for the first time!) for Spring Break and I know this amazing fringe suit would be perfect for it. To splurge or not?!

I know that I love knowing what products other girls use while getting ready every day. These are the products that are a staple in my every day beauty routine. Some (I have to admit) I could not live without! If you are anything like me and get shiny midway through the day then you will LOVE Deslick by Urban Decay. Since I found this little treasure at Sephora I havn't been able to go a day without it!

Also don't forget about your brows, a step most of us skip! I use this pencil from Smashbox to really draw focus to the eyes.

P.S. we all know and love the wonders Highbeam can do for us when applied to our cheekbones and anywhere else light hits on our face :)

My New Year Resolution

My first post!! If you know me this has been a long time coming. I have been wanting to start this blog for over a half a year but what with college graduation, gaining my first job and moving downtown life has been busy!
